We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Web Designer / Animator to join our Creative team!

• Passionate about design, typography and layout. Know that type does not come properly kerned or leaded from the computer.
• A conceptualizer and a strong communicator

• Self sufficient and able to manage your time and project from conception to completion

Responsibilities

• Come up with creative concepts and designs for everything from media banners to emails to entire site relaunches
• Create smart design solutions and interactions pushing wireframes beyond organized rectangles
• Create designs to be implemented by our flash programmers
• Stay current with latest trends and technology in all fields
• Maintain brand identy while pushing creative boundaries and exceeding client expectations
• Own your project and follow it through to launch
• Form close and productive working relationships with staff from all departments

Requirements

• Mac expert and know all CS2-3 applications
• Proficiency with HTML, AS2/AS3 and AfterEffects
• Working knowledge of current and emerging online trends
• Familiarity with information architecture
• An undergraduate degree, preferably in Graphic Arts and Design
• Headphones and a love of spicy food
