We're growing and are in need of an exceptional INTERACTIVE ACCOUNT MANAGER to work on a leading consumer brand relationship!
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Interactive Account Manager will manage all day-to-day activities of an important OGM client relationship including small, innovative projects and larger, integrated solutions. The Account Manager holds the key to the client's experience with OGM and will protect and build the OGM business. You must be capable of reading the client's personality and appetite for change and act accordingly. This position is completely responsible for day-to-day account management, with as-needed guidance from senior staff members. The Account Manager will support client initiatives by ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on budget and at the very highest levels of quality and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree and advanced levels of communications
- 3+ years within an Interactive (Web) Agency or similar business with program management experience
- Excellent organizational development skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
